The kitchen is often one of the most-used spaces in any home, so the details matter. At The Nines at Kierland in Scottsdale, AZ, our apartment kitchens are designed with features that support both everyday routines and entertaining at home. Café Series appliances, gas range stoves, wine chillers, built-in microwaves, custom cabinetry, and quartz countertops create a modern setting with a refined residential feel.
Across our one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans, residents can enjoy chef-inspired kitchens paired with contemporary finishes and thoughtful details throughout the home. Whether you enjoy cooking from scratch, hosting friends, or simply starting the day with coffee in a space you love, these kitchens are designed to make daily life feel more enjoyable.
Cook with Café Series appliances and a gas range
A well-equipped kitchen can make everything from quick weekday meals to weekend entertaining feel more seamless. Our homes feature Café Series appliances, giving residents a coordinated appliance package with a polished, contemporary look.
The gas range is a standout feature for residents who enjoy having greater control while cooking. Whether you are preparing a simple dinner or trying a more involved recipe, a gas cooktop provides a responsive cooking experience that many home chefs appreciate.
Built-in microwaves help preserve counter space, while the rest of the appliance package integrates naturally into the kitchen design. Together, these elements create a space that feels functional without sacrificing the elevated finishes that define the home.
Keep your favorite bottles close with an in-home wine chiller
A dedicated wine chiller adds another distinctive feature to the apartment kitchen. Instead of relying on refrigerator space, residents have a separate place to store wine at an appropriate temperature while keeping bottles organized and easy to access.
This feature can be especially useful when entertaining at home. Whether you are planning dinner with friends or simply enjoying a quiet evening, having a wine chiller built into your kitchen setup adds another layer of convenience.
It also contributes to the overall character of the space. Paired with the Café Series appliances, quartz countertops, and custom cabinetry, the wine chiller helps give the kitchen a more complete, residential feel.
Enjoy quartz countertops and custom cabinetry
Countertops and cabinetry set the tone for the entire kitchen. At The Nines at Kierland, our homes feature sleek quartz or marble-style quartz countertops, depending on the residence.
Quartz provides a durable surface for food preparation while maintaining a clean, contemporary appearance. The marble-style option introduces additional visual interest while keeping the benefits of quartz construction.
Custom cabinetry and backsplash details complete the look, giving residents useful storage alongside a polished finish. Select homes also include matte black fixtures, adding a modern contrast that ties the kitchen design together.
Choose a floor plan that fits your lifestyle
The Nines at Kierland offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments with several layout options, including Super and Deluxe configurations. Select two- and three-bedroom homes also feature patios or extended patios, giving residents additional outdoor living space.
The kitchen remains a central part of each floor plan, making it easier to compare layouts based on how you actually plan to use your home. Some residents may prioritize more room for entertaining, while others may prefer a layout with additional bedroom space or a larger outdoor area.
With several configurations available, you can focus on the combination of interior space, kitchen features, and outdoor access that best fits your routine.
Bring smart technology into your home
Modern apartment living extends beyond finishes and appliances. Homes at The Nines at Kierland also include a Smart Home Package with connected door locks, thermostats, lights, and sensors.
These features make it easier to manage different parts of your home through connected technology. Smart thermostats can help simplify temperature adjustments, while connected locks and lighting add another layer of everyday functionality.
Combined with vaulted ceilings, contemporary kitchens, and select patio options, smart home features create a living environment that feels current and practical.
Extend your lifestyle beyond the kitchen
The experience at The Nines at Kierland continues throughout the community. Residents can enjoy a heated lagoon-style pool with spa, along with a 24/7 fitness center featuring high-tech cardio equipment and a free weights area.
Virtual fitness classes provide another way to stay active, while private office suites and coworking spaces support remote and hybrid work routines. The clubhouse includes a full kitchen and complimentary WiFi, giving residents another setting for gathering or spending time outside their apartment.
The beverage station with nitro cold brew on tap adds a convenient perk to the clubhouse experience, while the game room with billiards creates another option for casual downtime. EV charging stations and manicured desert landscaping round out the broader amenity experience.
